Here's my image for one of my group's Valentine's Cricut Image Swap - so what do you think? Not bad for a beginner - this is from the Sweethearts Cricut Cartridge.

Master Bedroom Bathroom Renovation Completed

Kenny and his friend Joe decided to get a head start on our house renovation and did a complete remodel of our current master bedroom bathroom (soon to be the crafting room bathroom after our second floor master bedroom suite is completed).

They did an awesome job - I appreciate it immensely - check it out in the pictures.

As for the major house renovation - finally chose a general contractor - hopefully signing a contract this weekend. Then to the town zoning board and keeping our fingers crossed to start the week we get back from the cruise - around the 1st of March.

One project - three double page layouts completed!

Well, since we are snowed in, I took out a kit I had purchased from My Treasure Box - its 3 double page layouts with diecuts, etc. And I actually completed them. Check them out...

My son is the best - for Christmas he bought me a great desk to scrap on and he moved all my stuff to the basement and organized it so I could have a "happy place". And I can still do all my scrapping during the house renovation...

21 Days Till Christmas - OMG!

Time is just flying by. Our house renovation is coming along slowly but surely. Preliminary plans are all done.....met with two General Contractors today - have two more to interview and then we will wait to see what their estimates are for our "dream list". Then that's when we have to start paring down the list - lol.

Had a great time in Vegas....although it was colder than I thought it would be. Looking forward to the holidays - although I am having a really hard time figuring out what to buy the kids....there isn't anything they really are asking for - I guess at 25 and 22 what do you ask for?

Will have to start purging soon to clean out before we start construction. They are estimating it will take 4 months from ground breaking to total completion. I think I might lose my mind during this.

My first full time semester back at college is almost done as well - 2 1/2 more weeks - wish me luck!

Another decade??? How did that happen!

Well, its been a little bit of time since my last blog post. Since that time - I have ventured into the "50" decade - YUK! Hubby took me to Vegas to celebrate.....had a great time.

Going to be doing a huge renovation on our home shortly so my scrapbooking and cardmarking may be very limited (even more limited than it is now) since I will have to pack everything up for a bit.

If I get anything done, I'll post pics - otherwise, here's a pic of me from a surprise dinner my family gave for me before we went to Vegas.
